O.P. [Release] Simple ChatCount

Based upon a script request i received earlier today, I am releasing a script entitled 'ChatCount'

All it will do, when enabled, is display the number of open chat windows in the PSM.

Commands:
/ccon - enable ChatCount
/ccoff - disable ChatCount

On a side note, this is the first script I'll be submitting to the scripts database [Image: mininana.gif]
