O.P. Emoticon Sounds: Contacts hear nothing
I tried to search the forums for this but can't figure it out. I hear everything on my end with the default emoticon sounds, but my contacts who I chat with don't. Do they have to be using MPL as well, or ??? Must the have the latest version of WLM? I don't understand why they don't hear anything. I have the latest versions of both MPL and WLM, any suggestions? Thank you.
