I think he typoed

They didnt make P3 processors that fast. 3.0ghz is either
A)Heavly OC'd P3
B)Its not a P3(Or its not 3.0ghz)

You dont have to open up your computer
Just go to Start>Run then type in "dxdiag" but without the quotes. Then a screen will popup then press the Display tab
