Firstly, download Messenger Plus! Live form here: http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/
Then, after you will have installed it go to the contact list and click the Plus! icon. Then, you will see a menu in which there will be an option "Contact List Clean-Up. Go there and you will be able to know if he has you in his contact list.
