I doubt there is a program which can check what you actually need to check.
You should check internal electronics, not if a HDD has bad sectors, your graphics card can show every resolution, or your RAM can still read/write.
For checking internal electronics for shortcuts and other damages you need to completely open up the laptop and pull out your multimeter (and of course an extreme good knowledge of hitech electronics).... In short: we can't do it ourselfs....
Of course, doing the basic tests can't hurt and would show if there is some severe damage done or not. But a proper test, to find the small broken stuff, can not be done by software (at least not with software you'll find on the net). A diagnostics centre will probably have some hardware stuff running very specialized software; compare it with a repair shop for your modern car with all their electronics they hook up to check your motor and all...
