Thanks for that suggestion, it's a good one! In fact, you cannot display a display picture in a toast (MsgPlus.DisplayToast[Contact]) at the moment, but this suggestion is actually being considered to be added to Messenger Plus! Live in a future version. Can't promise anything though...
