I use it too, and it might seem hard to use but the basic functions are pretty straightforward and you can set up profiles, for example if you set up a profile for avi files, you simply do code:
mencoder.exe -profile avi <input file> -o <output file>
How do i actually use this, when i open up mencodeer, it closes instantly...
