Very odd and disturbing error from WLM 9.0 Beta

O.P. Very odd and disturbing error from WLM 9.0 Beta
When I try to sign into WLM 9.0 Beta on my main account I got an error message saying how the service is unavailable. However it works perfectly fine on a new account I made two minutes ago (using the same computer btw)

what the hell could be going on here?
