O.P. Alerts sound and blinking light.

Hi there!
Sorry about my English, I'm from Brazil!!!

I'm not allowed to use msn at work, and I really need to know how to stop the light blinking everytime someone send me a message. I already turned the sound off, but how can I turn the light off??

Please, help me!!!
