yeah, it should. The only other place I can suggest looking is in the registry
HKCR\Installer\Products
Within here will be a lot of keys with random letters/numbers. you will have to search through them all to find any reference to WLM.
You can also try the Windows Installer Cleanup, if WLM is listed in it. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
