As this is a Messenger Plus forum, we are generally of the opinion that you
do need Messenger Plus
Personally I'm really loving the new Wave 3.....the interface is very polished, i love the new colour changing display picture borders (relating to the contact's status).
As with any Microsoft upgrade you generally know that you're getting a superior product to the previous incarnation
