If you want to get Wlm "trasparent", open Msg Plus! go to  the "Messenger" window and change the "Contact List Trasparency".

Now I write in italian beacuse I think that the Spanish can understand Italian:

Se vuoi far diventare Windows Live Messenger "trasparente", apri Messenger Plus! vai nella finestra chiamata "Messenger" e cambia l' opzione chiamata "Trasparencia de la lista de contactos".
