One morning i woke up, and i saw that my computer had restarted due to an automatic windows update being installed and needing a restart. Later on that day I started playing COD4, but then i realised that the sound isnt working properly.
The sound is choppy, often sounds are made when they shouldnt (eg the shooting sound even after youve stopped shooting) and sometimes they dont even play.
This is really starting to get on my nerves so any help would be appreciated
EDIT: I just realised that the update has screwed up my sound and video playback, nothing works anymore
