im using the latest windows live messenge version 2009 build 14.0.8064.206

everytime i try to log in it says that something is wrong with my internet

or

my contact list cant be retrieved at this time try again

or

it logs me in perfectly

but 90% of the time it gives me those 2 errors

and when i try to troubleshoot the problem it gets stuck at this screen



and when i click repair it doesnt even repair the problem

i dont know what it is, ive uninstalled , used zap messenger, reinstalled and the same problem occurs

how can i fix this
