No, just delete any MsgPlusLive-481.exe and files like MsgPlusLive-481.exe.part if they're still there. How you do that exactly depends on the browser (or download manager) you're using.

EDIT: You could also try http://random.menthix.net/mpl_files/MsgPlusLive-481.zip
