How i show the time near messeges?

O.P. How i show the time near messeges?
Hi ,

before i uninstall my messenger the time was showing near the messeges

and after i uninstall my messenger and reinstall it the time near the

messeges is not showing any more , can any one explain how i show it ?

here is a screenshot.
