Translations of existing scripts (and skins) are only accepted on the DownDB when submitted by the original creator.
In this case
24 TV Show Intro Time was created by Asim. If topicsar contacted him and Asim were to implement the translation in a new multi-language version it would be accepted. Modifications of existing scripts are otherwise not accepted without explicit approval from the original creator. Unfortunately Asim didn't add any contact information.
