System hang when dragging window

SOLVED!!

Uninstalled both display drivers (VIA Tech VT8361/VT8601 and Matrox Millennium) and then reinstalled with most recent versions.
I can now dock on either side of both Display 1 and 2, and drag between displays.
I also get the vibe that my system is more stable.

Thanks guys... hope this can help someone else as well!!
