yea, its for tablet pc users. You know how thet don't have a keyboard and they use a mag-pen to write and to tasks with, well this feature is used so they can write down a msg (with pen) in the bottom area, and then it would convert to text and vise versa. This wont work on any other then Tablet pc's as they are the only to have the correct recognizer, ie -
Recognizer Pack. Hope that makes sence.
About the bug.. that is annoying, thanks for spoting it out though otherwise i wouldn't have guessed but i hope it can also be fixed.
