O.P. Undecided  export settings + logging
I didn't check the forum, but I noticed this bug in a few versions:

short background: I have 3 computers with MSN and MsgPlus! on them, and so I have to maintain those three computers with all settings. I once made all settings work on one pc and then Patchou made the function to save all settings to a file
But on those computers I sometimes use other directories (folders?) to save my logs in (different languages of Windows and such); but MsgPlus! doesn't alert the logs aren't saved or the directory isn't created

in short: when the location to save the logs (imported from a settings file) isn't valid MsgPlus! doesn't create the location (nor does it report this malfunction)

(!VER):
Windows Version: Windows XP, 5.01.2600
Messenger Client Version: 6.1.0207
Messenger Plus! Version: 2.54.0074

but as I said this happens in older versions too

also directly my way to solve it:
a) when MsgPlus! starts/profile is imported: check for the directory
b) when a log is appended (normally such a function would return an error codo) and create the folder or allow the user to select an action [create folder, don't bother (ignore), save elsewhere, retry, ...]
