Edit: this is evidently wrong so don't follow my advice!
This is, I think, what you get if you install the sponsor programme.
To get rid of it:
1. Uninstall Plus!
2. Uninstall the sponsor programme.
Then reinstall Plus! but install just Plus! this time and not the sponsor programme.
