O.P. Tongue  Shoutbox Theme Generator
Ummm i was bored and i made this program to randonly generate themes for the soutbox :P
Its simple to use...
Instructions on how to use are in the program...
In the next versions i will add an option to disable generating themes for things you dont like to generate, something to see how it will look like and maybe something to save the themes you like...
