You can't really compare the two plugins. One was specifically made to keep Display Picture and Custom Emoticons to their original size when adding them. The other is a multi-featured plugin with lots of different features (one of which) is the Display Picture feature.
And if you didnt want all the features of StuffPlug NG, then wtbwplug would have been more suited
Both of them are are/were good plugins
