Report both as it makes the "click and quick delete" moderation a lot easier as well as the Split/Delete Selective tools contain a "Check Reported Posts" option so we can delete all reported posts in that thread or split them out easily.

The same applies.

It makes moderation a lot easier on our behalf as we can just click the report on the report page, be taken to the post and choose what to do. Go back to the list, choose the next one and choose what to do... you get the picture..
