Uhh... OK, but I don't think a discussion of the legality of P2P programs belongs here. This thread is not illegal as far as I can see, so leave it alone.
I'd split it, but unfortunately the topics are kinda mixed together, so I'll just close it.
BTW, I think people saying the thread is dodgy only makes it more dodgy.
