It doesnt actually change your name to your contacts name.... it just changes a property in the header (P4-Context).
This option will never be added into Plus!... yes rather funny if your bored but its not helpful or anything.
Im sure the creator of MD would want everyone to use his app, and expects it to be popular by now... so i think why add the feature when everyone will know about it
