And chances are you'd miss it anyway unless you had absolutely no life and could watch multiple cameras for hours and hours and hours...
That kind of watching would require tons of bandwidth as well.
Oh BTW, not all of these cameras are "unsecure"... some were meant to be public, and you can actually find links to them on the owners' web sites.
