Maybe youve got a corrupted file, where did u get Msg plus? i dont have that amount of cpu Usage by Msg Plus, you need to download of a trusted site, that happened to me a while ago with Msn messenger.. sometimes Msn was Using about 30 mb or something, then i downloaded from a trusted site and everything was fine

maybe thats your problem
