RE: Google redesign?
It sucks.
Google has always been referred for it's simplicity, now they have just ruined it. It's like the change from Office '03 layout to the new Office '07 one. It's looks to be much "advanced" and "good" looking, when the old has nothing wrong with it & everyone is used to it. By tht I mean, the Images/News buttons on top of the search box, etc.
If anyone is stuck with it by using the small code that sets cookies, here is a simple way to remove it (Firefox 1.5):
1. Go to your Firefox options by Tools > Options
2. Click on the Privacy tab from the top.
3. Click on the View cookies button.
4. Type google in the search box at the top.
5. Scroll down till you find a Cookie with the name PREF assigned to any of the google domains, select it.
6. After you've selected it, click on the Delete cookie button.
Close the options and you should have gotten rid of the supposingly called "new" layout.
