Yeah, good point. It's awful to live with the knowledge that the present day with someone will be your last with them. Although on the other hand, they do deserve to know. Personally, I'd still want to know that this day with someone I love is the day they will be saying goodbye to me...
Anyway, I'd probably tell everyone I love just how much I love them, be around them as long as I can and if possible, do something enjoyable together with them.
