, but basically Patchou wanted to remove the Flash stuff from the website because in IE you now had to click once to activate the object, then a second time to click on a navbar item (due to the Eolas patent-related IE update). He preferred to stick to the static menu, although the static menu had the "Flash not detected" text in its images.
