Install
MSN Content Plus! again. Uninstal it via Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and follow
Cookie's steps.
Also try what Sunshine said in that thread. Just do something extra to that too.

If you dont see msncontentplus.exe go to the process tab and search for it there and
end process tree and not end process.
