i don't know but if a user is worried about not being able to find an unused combination then maybe a lock messenger can be added to the messenger system tray context menu, its already in plus menu of the contact window, but if its on the context menu of the messenger icon your system tray is accessable from everywhere so therefore it would be a simple 2 click function rather than having to double click then go to plus menu then select lock messenger. but anyway i just use ctrl+l and have no problems, i am just thinking of things that might help in situations that could arise. but again its probably too much time to code that idea.
