A mere 1 year and 8 months since the last version comes the latest and greatest version of this translation. After a barnstorming 193 people (believe it baby) downloaded the last one, this one is surely set for great things.
A discussion on what is different between this file and the default translation isn't necessary, however this does borrow heavily from
fluffy_lobster's 'English language errors' thread
Installation Instuctions. Download the file, add it to the folder
C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Languages (Or whatever destination your language file is at).
Then either select it during installation or from you Plus! Preference window.
