Why when I download themes and open the .msstyles (Windows Visual Style File) it always appears like this:

I've tried extracting it to
C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes but it still happens.
I download themes and all you get is the .msstyles file, I thought you have the have a folder with a folder in it called 'Shell' and some other files, like you have with Luna (Win XP Theme), etc.
