WLM toasts come up on top of MP!L toasts

WLM toasts come up on top of MP!L toasts

If a MP!L toast is sitting in the corner of my screen, and someone signs in or something, meriting a WLM toast, it comes up on top of the MP!L toast. Shouldn't it wait in line and sit at the top, like the rest of the Plus! toasts do?
