O.P. "Open Event Log File..." item shall open it in Event Viewer, not in Internet Explorer
I have discovered yesterday that, opening Event Log file is very easy from the right click menu on any event entry in Event Viewer window, but it opens it in Internet Explorer.

I wish it opens it in built-in Log Viewer, Log Viewer seems to load faster than IE, and also it would be more consistent with Plus! chat logs IMHO :).
