O.P. Extract Resources does not extract Messenger Plus! interface files and images
A skinner pointed this out to me in a mail:

Extract resources does not extract Plus!' own resources. Happen on both WLM8.5 and WLM9.

Repro:
  • Open Plus! preferences > Skins > Extract Resources
  • Make sure "Extract Messenger Plus! interface files and images" is ticked"
  • Press Export
  • Log file will say:

    Extracting Messenger Plus! Resources:
    Interfaces: success! (0 files)
    Images: success!     (-1 files)
  • There will be no files in the extracted \Messenger Plus! and \Messenger Plus!\Images folders.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600)
Windows Live Messenger 9.0.1407
Messenger Plus! Live 4.50.0.310
Skin: Apple Live Messenger 0.1.0
