cant install messenger

"la directiva del sistema no pertime esta instalacion"

windows vista

its a new pc but i cant install the wlm because a window saing that interrupt the instalation.

i ll try to translate:

"the sistem directives doesnt allow this installation"

any help?

by the way it happens with all versions of wlm
