change all foregrounds in the 947 style from rgb:(something); to rgb:(255,255,255); so that it stays white...

and why didn't you look for this answear at this forum?

Changing budy list/Contact list font to white
White color text on black background
Tabcolor and/or tabtext color
Font colour
