O.P. Huh?  COD 4 Multiplayer Error
When I switch COD 4 to Multiplayer Mode it gives the error :

      Error during initialization:
      EXE_ERR_NOT_FOUND[]nfigure.mp.csv
     
aby ideas or sth about file?
