Your issue with SendTo seems a bug in the coding, I am checking on that right now.
(have you restarted WLM and your PC yet?)
It's a typo
To fix this, go to Messenger Plus! Live's root directory (default:
C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live), then Scripts\SendTo, open "_sendTo.js" with Notepad, go to line 420 ([CTRL] + [G]) and replace it with:

This _should_ be the trick. Strange, the contact selector works for me (Windows Vista, Messenger Plus! 4.60.0.326, WLM 8.5.1302.1018)
