It's not possible at all to do this, even with a 3rd party application. If you send the emoticon to a contact, even if you would find some way to prevent them from right-clicking and choosing save or stopping them from being downloaded to the cache, you could still just take a screenshot and create the emoticon in Paint or something. Also, most likely the person you want to prevent from stealing the emoticons would need to have the program/script himself, and that would kinda defeat the point. Sorry.
