O.P. new header bug?

ive noticed i can only see the text with links right a thte top of the banner if i go up that high and hover, if you see what i mean.

using very latest FF version.

Break my heart all you want, i'm on the NHS.
ever wondered what it's like to ejaculate through your ears...? ;o
