I'm looking for a remote control like one of these:

The thing is I don't want to use it for Windows Media Center. In fact I don't want it to be
designed for any application in particular - all I want is to plug in the receiver, install the driver, and map buttons to actions on the computer.
It will primarily be used with MPC ("Media Player Classic") so I would just like to map functionality like volume (mouse wheel up/down), skip ahead X seconds (ctrl + left/right), pause (spacebar), etc. Stuff like that.
Does anyone know of one that works like that?
