O.P. MSGplus "adware" NOD32 ?!?!?

I download  msgplus v4.8 and nod32 v4 show me  "win32/adware.cidhelp"
I send msgplus to eset.
He said
"So called Circle Development sponsor program is a very bad adware which is know by the AV industry as Swizzor malware"

why???
