You need to create it as it is described on the
registry help page. They are extra keys you need to create yourself. They will not be added automatically.
Or, if you're not comfortable changing something manually, use the registry Tweaker from Choli like Tochjo said (although it may not have all the latest registry key settings and some might be depricted).
