This has nothing to do with Messenger Plus!.
Note that Messenger Plus! is an addon for Windows Live Messenger which adds some extra options and features. Thus you are still using Windows Live Messenger when you chat etc.
Messenger Plus! doesn't have anything to do with YouTube links or links in general. If you encounter problems with sending links it is the fault of Windows Live Messenger.
As such, I've reported this thread to be moved to the proper subforum.
