RE: Skin install
Please, go to Program Files\Yuna Software\Messenger Plus!, right-click "WLM-Skins", click Properties, and send us a screenshot of the "security" tab, with "Users" as the selected item.
Here is mine, for example: [not in english, but order is the same]
