Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Windows Live Messenger: 15.4.3538.513
Messenger Plus!: 5.10.0.750 BETA
Contact: mtbot@hotmail.com

Not affected by whether or not a nickname is set. Maybe related to a contact not having a profile? (speculation of course)
